Provide high-level administrative support to the Assistant Vice Provost of World Readiness, the Director of Experiential Education, and the Executive Assistant for Teaching and Learning. This role requires independent judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage a variety of complex administrative tasks in a dynamic academic environment.
Position Summary:
Provide high-level administrative support to the Assistant Vice Provost of World

Teaching and Learning. This role requires independent judgment, discretion, and the
ability to manage a variety of complex administrative tasks in a dynamic academic
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize events for
senior leadership.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take and distribute minutes, and ensure follow-up on
action items.
• Draft, edit, and format reports, presentations, and other professional documents.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations,
and expense reporting.
• Serve as a liaison between departments, faculty, and external partners to
facilitate communication and collaboration.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Support special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating initiative and
problem-solving skills.
